Courses for 2017
Introduction to Beekeeping
The Theory Course will cover the basic theory and equipment required, the life cycle of the honeybee and the work involved over the beekeeping season. The Practical Course will involve the regular opening up of beehives every week during the course (weather permitting) and will give a solid basic grounding in the art of beekeeping.
Theory Course starts Monday 9th January 2017, 7-9pm. Held at Esher College, Weston Green Road, Thames Ditton, Surrey, KT7 0JB
Practical Course starts Saturday 22nd April at Hampton Court Apiary. The practical course is now full.
BBKA Intermediate Module 5 Honeybee Biology
Starts Tuesday 10th January 2017 from 7 pm – 9pm.
